The perfect outdoor space for a party!
The Grounds
Our venue hire applies to our outdoor space only. This is a secluded garden measuring an estimate of 12 m x 12 m.
This space is mostly lawn, and a section is paved. Surrounded by hedges and shrubs it is private and fully fenced in. A great neutral canvas to decorate to your hearts content. A roof sail provides shelter for part of the garden.
Our festoon lights add special ambience to evening functions. Music can be played outside till strictly 10:30 pm.
Our photo corner can be decorated to capture those special moments or in the theme of your party.
The Facilities
Our parking allows for 25 vehicles, limiting numbers to 50 people.
Toilet facilities are available inside and will be clearly sign posted. Bins are provided.
Two electric points available for your music, jumping castle etc.
Our venue hire ensures you can decorate to suit your function and keeps costs to the mimimum, but if you feel you need an extra hand discuss your needs our Event Planner.
Assign your own caterer for your function.
Prices
Outdoor space, per hour - £35 per hour
Includes:
1 hour on the day setting up prior to your function
30 minutes to clear up after your function, thereafter additional charges apply
5 glass table sets, each with a small umbrella and 4 chairs (seating 20)
2 x trestle tables
1 x tiki bar
Dustbins
12 plastic chairs
Everything included above will be left for you to move around and set up for your function.
When done, all items to be tidy and returned as you found it.
Bins to be emptied and placed in wheelie bin in car park.
Onsite items that can be hired for your function:
Webber bbq’s, x2 available (byo wood/charcoal) - £10 each
Gas bbq x1 - £12 each
Grey gazebo 3 m x 3 m, x2 available - £15 each
Urn - £10
Two PA speakers, bring your memory stick with tunes - £100
Welcome noticeboard - £5
Anything else can be outsourced.
Payment Details
50 % deposit required to secure the booking, via BACS.
Balance of invoice 7 days with a £50 breakage deposit.
Breakage deposit will be returned within 7 days after your function, once everything has been checked and is in order.
